FRIED RICE

How to cook fried rice the easy way.

1. A bowl of cooked rice.
2. Two eggs
3. Three stalks of chopped French bean.
4. Four chopped shallots.
5. 1/2 finely chopped carrot.
6. Eight fresh shrimps-shelled and de veined
7. Freshly chopped lettuce.


Heat up the wok with Extra Virgin olive oil.
Scrambled the eggs and leave aside.
Add shallots, fry until brown.
Add in shrimp, French bean and carrot and cooked for 2 minutes.
Then add in the cooked rice with the scrambled egg.
Stir fry until dry, fragrant and whole grain, about 3 minutes
Salt and pepper to taste.
Press the fried rice in a bowl, overturned it on a plate.
Placed some fresh lettuce by the side.
Lift up the bowl to serve.

Ready to serve.
