COLOUR CHART FOR FRUITS & VEGETABLES

Follow this Colour Chart to get the most from your fruits and vegetables.

RED

Phytonutrient:Lycopene
Source: Tomatoes.

YELLOW

Source:Marigolds and green leafy vegetables such kale, spinach and romaine lettuce.
