DELICIOUS DINNER 26.

A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.

The julienne "snake" Long bean and Brinjal are deep fried for awhile, colander and set aside.

Wok fried the finely Chopped Garlic, red Chillies and dried Shrimp until fragrant and add in the "snake" Long bean and Brinjal.

Stir fried for awhile and it's ready to serve.

Pan fried sliced pork loin eye muscle marinated in light and dark Soy sauce, pepper, sugar, honey, Worcester sauce-meaty and flavorful..

Herbal soup-double boiled with Yok Chut, Kei Chee(Wolfberries), red Dates and sliced Wai San (Burdock root)-earthy flavor and very nutritious.

I don't know why.. but I'm a bit scare of the texture of snake long bean... my mom cooked it once at home and it's so hard for me to swallow it though it tasted nice, hehehe...

Your wife cooking looks so wonderful!
