Tai Thong PJ SS2.

Tai Thong are having value set meals promotions for both lunch and dinner.

We went to their PJ SS2 branch for dinner to celebrate my birthday.

For the seven of us we ordered the value set meal for 8 persons which cost Rm138.80 excluding tidbits, drinks and rice.

Parking is OK except for Monday night, when there is a Pasar Malam.

Complimentary Chinese long cabbage soup.

Herbal chicken topped with red Wolfberries-light herbal flavor-meat was tender with a crispy skin.

Sweet and Sour fish fillets with tomato, julienned red and green capsicum, onion and chillies-the sweet and sourish taste was enticing.

Mah Poh Tofu-minced meat and white Bean curd cooked in a spicy chillies gravy and garnished with chopped spring onion.

Steamed Tilapia fish with blended salted Ginger and Soy sauce-fresh and fleshy.

Steamed Pork belly with salted Fish garnished matchstick ginger and chillies-perfect with rice.

Poached grass prawn with a special sauce-fresh, juicy and succulent.

Blanched Siew Pak Choy with Oyster sauce-a bit overcooked.

Total bill:Rm195/
Location:SS2 , Petaling Jaya.
Tel:03-7877-5432.

Thanks for sharing your experience on food.

Whether people eat outside or at home, they cannot escape from pesticides, antibiotics, hormones and other toxins from food.

It is therefore important to detox the body regular.

Your blog has become a virtual Chinese Cuisine 101 for me - learning what to order in a Chinese restaurant. If only there's a way to hear how to order the dish in Mandarin or Cantonese!
A belated Happy Birthday!
